Colour Me Bronze has a Booking Policy designed to protect not only our business’ bottom line and in turn, our affordability, but also to keep things fair for all clients.
No shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us. We hope that you will appreciate our Booking and Cancellation Policy.
A $10 deposit is required at the time of booking if you are a first time client at Colour Me Bronze. The remaining fee can be paid at the appointment.
If you do cancel your appointment:
- 50% fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment (less $10 deposit if paid prior to the appointment)
- 100% fee will be charged for late cancellations and no-shows (less $10 deposit if paid prior to the appointment). A late cancellation is classed as 4 hours or less prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Please note that if we are able to re-book somebody into your timeslot a cancellation fee will not apply.
We do understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. However, if you don’t provide us with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you will be automatically be invoiced the appropriate amount. We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays as sufficient notice as we will not have enough time to try to rebook your time slot.
Please note that future bookings will be refused if your cancellation invoice has not been paid.
The only exception for late cancellations is for bad weather conditions (Willoughby Studio bookings only). As Colour Me Bronze prides itself on its high standard of spray tanning, and as water can potentially damage your spray tan before it has a chance to fully settle and develop, we would rather you postpone/cancel your appointment than risk damaging your tan on your travels to and from the Willoughby Studio. If you do wish to make a last minute cancellation for your appointment due to bad weather (ie heavy rainfall & storms), there will be no cancellation fee applied. No shows will still incur the full 100% payment regardless. Please note to qualify for a wet weather late cancellation you can only cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment time, and it must be bad enough weather to deem it impossible to walk out of the studio and into your car without damaging your spray tan. A slight drizzle does not count as bad weather. We have given a 1 hour timeframe as we are all aware of how quickly the weather can change, so we do not accept wet weather cancellations in the morning for an evening appointment.
There are absolutely no exceptions to this new policy. No matter how good a client is, no matter how long they’ve been with us and no matter how small the appointment booking is. One rule. For all clients. No exceptions.
What we will allow however is that they are more than welcome to offer their appointment to a friend, associate or family member if they cannot make their appointment to avoid any fees.
Terms and Conditions
Colour Me Bronze uses its own Professional Spray Tan Solution range made with natural and organic ingredients and is not tested on animals. Some people may react negatively to the tan. If you have eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis, or any other skin ailments, please request your Spray Tan Stylist to patch test your skin before having your spray tan. Your Spray Tan Stylist can test a patch on the inside of your elbow or behind the knee.
Your Colour Me Bronze Tan duration will vary from client to client. The spray tan usually lasts between 7 – 10 days. The timing will vary depending on your skin cycle and your preparation prior to your tan.
Refusal of Service
Colour Me Bronze tanning technicians have the right to refuse service. If our technicians decide it is unsuitable to spray tan a client, they can refuse to service a client.
The solutions Colour Me Bronze use are water soluble and comes off floors and tiles under normal conditions. Discolouration may occur on some surfaces, that have lost their protective cover.
In these Terms of Service, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Colour Me Bronze’ or ‘Colour Me Bronze Professional means www.colourmebronze.com.au. “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
Access to and use of this website and the goods and services available herein (known as the services) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the ’Terms of Service’)
By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly and take notice of any changes that are made to the Terms of Service.
Access to this website is permitted by Colour Me Bronze Professional on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. You must not misuse this website. Colour Me Bronze Professional will report any breaches to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any technological harmful material that may affect your computer equipment or device due to your downloading of any material posted on this website or any other linked websites.
Intellectual Property, Software Content
The intellectual property rights in all software and content including imagery, terminologies, product content including ingredients, remain the property of Colour Me Bronze Professional and are protected in some cases by copyright and or licence agreement. Under these terms and conditions you may store, print or display content from the website for personal use only. You must not change or reproduce in any format. All use of the logos, marks and other identifiable imagery remain the property of Colour Me Bronze Professional and no licence or consent is granted to use such without the express written consent of Colour Me Bronze Professional.
The following terms and conditions apply when you register your details on any area of our website. You must provide us with true and correct information. You must keep your user name and password confidential. If you access our web from a public computer and do not sign out, someone else who uses that computer after you may be able to access that account. We recommend that all devices that are used have password protection. If you feel someone has accessed your account we recommend changing your details.
Terms of Sale
Terms of Sale of goods between the parties is identified when an order is placed through the website. The purchaser is subject to specific Terms and Conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. By placing any order on our website you are offering (agreeing) to purchase the item or goods and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and on confirmation of the order price.
Despatch times may vary accoridng to availability and any guarantees made or representations made in respect to delivery times are limited to Australia and subject to any delays resulting from courier delays for which we will not be responsible.
When placing an order you will undertake that all information provided by you will be true and correct, that you are the authorised user of the Credit Card/Debit Card and that you will have sufficient funds to complete your order.
Our Contract of Sale
When your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation once payment has been made and approved by us. Without payment approval the goods remain the property of Colour Me Bronze Professional.
Payment methods available to you are listed on our website. All payments on this website are collected in $AUD (Australian Dollars). GST is collected with all payments. We reserve the right to vary these payment methods from time to time. No orders will be dispatched until payment in full has been received, approved and processed by Colour Me Bronze Professional.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on our website are true, correct and accurate, from time to time errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible, providing you with the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or the opportunity of cancelling it. If we do not hear back from you we will cancel the order without further notice. If the goods have been paid for you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs are an additional charge which are clearly displayed and included in “total cost”.
From time to time we will offer promotional discount codes. These codes will only be applied to the products to which the discount code relates. Conditions surrounding the use of the discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
All orders sent by Colour Me Bronze are checked and double-checked prior to packaging, but on the rare occasion a mistake may occur. If the item received is not the product to which you ordered or which is stated and paid for under the agreement or contract of sale, as listed on the invoice, these products may be returned, however any use of the products by you will be deemed as acceptance by you and will not be replaced by Colour Me Bronze Professional.
In the event that you do receive goods incorrectly, please contact Colour Me Bronze on +61 403 604 796 or email email@example.com and you will not be charged for a redelivery if it is agreed that Colour Me Bronze Professional is at fault. All products to be returned must satisfy the following criteria: The same/actual product to which was received by you, which was the incorrect product to which was ordered, not a substituted product ie. old stock, stock belonging to another similar or same type product. Any returns that do not satisfy the above mentioned will see you charged the full price of the product (either wholesale or retail) as well as freight costs.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Colour Me Bronze Professional its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and or costs (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your use of this website.
Colour Me Bronze Professional shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the services and or any page of tis website.
